The care begins before collection
A box for family rarely starts as a shipping transaction. It starts with noticing something someone would like, remembering a request or setting aside a gift after payday. By the time the carton is full, it may represent months of thought. The service that carries it should respect that effort.
What the name means to us
Tulay means bridge in Filipino. TulayBox is our expression of that connection between life abroad and the people at home. The first route we are preparing connects Türkiye and the Philippines. We are aiming for 2027, with dates to be confirmed as the operating arrangements are completed.
Clarity is part of the service
We want a customer to understand the full price, who receives their payment, who collects the box and what happens next. Those details should not disappear into a chat history. They should be recorded in a way that the sender and recipient can refer to when a question arises.
The same principle applies to updates. A box being collected is different from it arriving at a warehouse, and a planned departure is different from an actual departure. Each update should explain the event it records.
What you can do here now
This website brings together packing guidance, a country and city directory, practical help and the standards we are building toward. International location pages are planning resources. They do not mean that TulayBox already collects boxes in those countries.
Bookings and payments are not open. We will publish confirmed collection coverage, prices and service conditions before asking anyone to commit. In the meantime, the guides help you prepare better questions whichever service you ultimately choose.
