Prepare an enquiry that can be answered

Include the approximate number of boxes, their measured dimensions if already packed, your preferred collection period and the Philippine destination municipality. You do not need to send a passport, bank information or your full household inventory to ask whether an area can be served.

Check the first and last handovers

At collection, match the collector’s identity to the booking instructions and obtain a receipt listing each box. A shared vehicle or community collection does not remove the need for individual references. At the other end, agree who can receive the box and which telephone number the delivery partner should use.

Choose dates with room for changes

Treat your requested collection date as a preference until the operator confirms it. Ask when the published delivery estimate starts and how delays are communicated. For birthdays, holidays or a move, keep essential items and time-sensitive documents outside a sea-freight box.
