Understanding tracking
Useful tracking describes actual events rather than a progress animation.
What to know
A collected status records the first handover. Warehouse received means the export handler has acknowledged custody. Loaded and departed refer to later transport events. Arrival at a gateway does not by itself mean the box has reached the recipient.
A practical next step
When an update is overdue, ask for the last confirmed event, the business currently responsible and the next expected update. Keep private tracking links out of public groups. TulayBox does not yet provide live box tracking.
