Understand what a specification needs to tell you before choosing a carton.

TulayBox has not approved or published saleable box sizes or weight limits yet. We will identify outer dimensions, accepted construction and maximum packed weight before bookings open. Do not order materials on the assumption that another provider’s “jumbo” size will be accepted.
Measure the completed carton
Use outer length, width and height, with the unit stated. Weigh the carton after packing and record the gross weight. Bulging walls or a forced lid change the measurements and can indicate that the load needs repacking.
Compare more than capacity
The right carton should protect the contents and be handled safely. Ask whether an operator supplies boxes, accepts your own and charges separately for an additional carton or an overweight load.
