Choose materials that meet the operator’s specification and understand any separate delivery or return conditions.
Before ordering
TulayBox is not selling empty boxes yet. Once specifications are approved, this page will explain available sizes, prices and how boxes can be received. A future empty-box purchase may be a separate transaction from the shipping service.
Inspect a carton before filling it
Check corners, seams and panels for moisture damage or weakness. Do not use a carton that cannot support the intended load. Confirm whether reinforced or specialist packaging is needed for your accepted contents.
Keep packaging and shipping records separate
If an operator charges for an empty carton, ask whether delivery is included and whether the amount is credited against shipping. Retain the purchase record and read the applicable returns conditions before ordering.
