Scope
If physical cartons or packing materials are sold separately, their returns conditions should identify the seller, product condition requirements, return instructions and any relevant delivery charges.
Current status
No empty boxes or materials are currently sold by TulayBox. A request to return goods is different from cancelling a transport service, and the final terms will keep those transactions clear.
