Confirm the person and the place

Ask the recipient to check their full name, telephone number, barangay, municipality or city, province and postcode. A location pin or landmark can help explain access but does not replace the written address.

Door-to-door needs a defined endpoint

Check whether the quote covers the actual home, a delivery depot or another agreed handover location. Ask about islands, remote destinations and building access before paying, not after the box has arrived in the Philippines.

When the box arrives

The recipient should compare the box reference with the delivery record and note visible damage before the handover is completed where possible. Keep photographs and packaging if anything is wrong, and contact the responsible operator promptly.
