When will TulayBox launch?
We’re preparing for 2027. Collection areas, prices and shipment dates will be announced when confirmed.
Can I book or pay now?
No. We are not accepting shipping bookings, deposits or payments. Joining the launch list will be free.
Will you collect in my city?
We’re planning our first collection areas in Türkiye. Interest from a city helps us plan, but does not guarantee a collection there.
Do you ship from other countries?
Our first planned route is Türkiye to the Philippines. We are not currently offering collections from other countries.
Will I be able to track my box?
We’re designing the service around individual box references and meaningful shipment milestones. The actual tracking experience will be explained before bookings open.
Is insurance included?
No shipping or insurance product is on sale yet. If cover becomes available, we will identify the provider and explain the terms, limits, exclusions and claims process before purchase.
Should I buy a box now?
Wait for the confirmed dimensions, weight limits and packing rules before buying materials or sealing your box. You can start a contents list and read our preparation guides now.
