TulayBox customer accounts have not launched. The current website does not ask you to create a password, upload identity documents or supply payment-card details. A future customer account will be introduced with the booking service.
A practical next step
If a message claims to offer an account before launch, verify it through the contact page. Never send a password or one-time code to someone offering to track a shipment or release a refund.
