Scope
A request should identify the transaction, the stage reached and the reason for cancellation or repayment. The applicable terms must explain any lawful deductions, repayment method and timing.
Current status
TulayBox has not accepted shipping payments. Final product-specific rules are still being prepared. This page does not promise a universal withdrawal period or remove any rights that apply under the relevant law.
