How a box travels home
Follow the proposed journey from preparation to Philippine delivery, and understand the evidence each stage should leave.
Prepare and agree the service
Choose accepted packaging, build a contents list and have both addresses checked. A written quote should identify the supplier, total price, box specification, delivery endpoint and conditions. TulayBox has not opened bookings; these are the stages we are preparing.
Collect and record
A collector should identify each box, record the handover and acknowledge the visible condition. Keep the collection receipt with the booking and payment documents. Collection confirms custody, not an international departure.
Consolidate and dispatch
Boxes can be brought together at a warehouse before loading. The operator should connect the individual box reference to the outbound shipment and distinguish a planned departure from the actual event.
Clear and deliver
The responsible partners handle the agreed customs and destination stages using the information supplied by the sender. Final delivery should identify the box and record who accepted it. Where a problem arises, the customer needs one clear route to the responsible business.
