TulayBox is not taking shipping bookings or payments. A future cancellation policy must distinguish a shipping service, a separately purchased empty box and any insurance product. These transactions may have different conditions.
A practical next step
For an actual request, give the booking reference, requested change and relevant date. Ask the provider to acknowledge the request, explain any deductions and state the repayment method and timing. Do not assume a universal refund period applies to every product.
