What to know
TulayBox bookings are not open. When they launch, the booking record should identify the supplier, route, box count, accepted specification and delivery endpoint. A launch-list subscription or general enquiry will not reserve shipment space.

Before accepting a booking, check both addresses and the contact names. Keep the version of the quote and terms you accepted. If you need to change a box count or address, ask the provider to confirm the effect on price and timing in writing.
