A record at every handover
Understand how an individual box reference connects the people handling your shipment.
Identify the box, not just the booking
Each carton should carry a reference that connects to its contents list and collection receipt. Where a booking contains several boxes, individual records help explain whether they are moving together or separately.
Record an actual event
A handover record should state what was received, when, where and by whom. Record visible exceptions at the time. A barcode supports identification, but it does not create evidence unless an actual event is acknowledged.
Keep the customer view understandable
The customer needs the latest confirmed stage and a clear next step. Personal documents and addresses should not be exposed through public tracking pages. TulayBox’s live tracking and operations systems remain part of the planned service.
