Scope
Before a purchase, the customer should be able to identify the supplier, service, total price, payment method, performance arrangements and the applicable cancellation or complaint process.
Current status
The transaction-specific information needs to match the actual box count, route, parties and price. A general public page does not replace the record supplied for an individual booking.
