Select Privacy in the contact form and describe the request. Use the email address associated with the relevant enquiry or subscription where possible. Do not attach an identity document to an initial request.
Verification and scope
We may need proportionate information to confirm the request relates to your own records. The response should explain any further information needed and the applicable process. Launch-list removal can also be requested through the signed unsubscribe link in a confirmation email.
