A complete address and an available recipient make the last handover easier to arrange.
Check the destination before quoting
Provide the barangay, municipality or city, province, postcode and active phone number. Ask whether the service reaches the actual address, a depot or another agreed point. TulayBox’s operating delivery coverage remains unconfirmed.
Keep the recipient informed
Share confirmed updates privately and explain when an estimate changes. If the recipient moves or the telephone number changes, tell the responsible provider promptly. Do not assume the collector in the origin country can amend a destination record without acknowledgment.
Inspect and keep evidence
Compare the box reference and note visible damage at handover where possible. Preserve the carton and photographs if an issue is found. Follow the actual provider’s reporting procedure and deadlines.
