Ask about the exact item
Provide a clear description, quantity and relevant details such as batteries, ingredients or whether the product is new. Do not use a vague description to make a questionable item appear ordinary.
Separate categories that need attention
Before packing, ask specifically about food, medicines, plants, liquids, aerosols, chemicals, valuables, electronics and battery-powered products. The fact that an item can be bought legally does not establish that it can be included in a household box shipment.
Wait for a documented answer
