A credential needs context
A useful listing identifies the legal entity, the activity covered, the issuing body and current validity where relevant. A partner’s permission does not automatically cover every activity of another brand or business.
Understand the chain of responsibility
Before bookings open, customers should know which business contracts with them and which partners collect, transport and deliver the boxes. The company handling a task and the company responsible for resolving a customer’s case should both be clear.
